About Cucina ALESSÁ
Alessandro Pirozzi, chef and owner, of Cucina Alessa' was born in Naples, Italy. At an early age his grandmother took him into the kitchen and began teaching him the art of Italian cooking. His passion for food became his way of life and prompted him to learn the cuisine from every region in Italy while becoming a certified Italian Chef. The culinary journey that began in southern Italy brought him to southern California where today he shares his family recipe's to great acclaim. The newly named 2011 Chef of the Year has restaurant locations in Huntington Beach, Newport Beach and Laguna Beach for dining, drinks and great memories.
